In my five-plus years working as a health, fitness and fashion blogger I have successfully coached clients who suffer from weight issues. Some clients simply just don't know how to eat clean and what nutrients are beneficial for their body and organs, and others just need help with cutting their temptation of fatty foods as well as sugar and carbohydrates.
Since each person is unique, I analyze an individual’s health and lifestyle data, then design a wellness program to suit his/her health goals. With my extensive knowledge of nutrition I offer support by writing a meal plan to suit my clients lifestyles.
