The site blocks bots. Can you still get the data?
Often yes, while staying inside the rules: respecting rate limits and behaving like a normal user. What I will not do is bypass protections or access controls.
How often can the scraper run?
Anything from once to every few minutes, depending on how the source behaves. Scheduling is included in the Premium package.
What happens when the site changes and it breaks?
That is what the alert is for. You hear it from me, not from an empty spreadsheet three weeks later.
Can you load it straight into our database?
Yes. PostgreSQL, MySQL, Google Sheets, Airtable or an S3 bucket.
Do I get the code?
Yes, from the Standard package up. It is your script and you can run it without me.
Can you do data extraction from PDFs and scanned documents?
Yes. Text PDFs are straightforward, scans need OCR and I will tell you the realistic accuracy before you order.
Do you do lead generation lists?
Yes, from public business directories and maps, with the fields you need. I do not sell prepared personal data lists.
How do I know the data is complete?
Every delivery includes a row count against the source and a note on anything that could not be retrieved and why.
