I will be providing extremely detailed techniques and ways of defending yourself in the street from attackers, as well as a solid plan in order to perfect each of these techniques and understand the fundamental concepts of fighting to the point where you will be able to construct your own techniques.
There will be a influential program as well as fitness and mobility/flexibility, all for just $5. This will be focused on either a competitive sport program or self defence. You will be taught how to fight against highly skilled fighters as well as non skilled fighters.
You will be taught how to effectively break the attacker's limbs, eg: Shoulders, Arms, legs, wrists, ankles etc. As well as many cool variations of choking your opponents, and striking in a manner where you will be safe from injury at all costs. I will also be available to personally coach you on and help you through your progression.
