What should I send before we start?
Send anonymized CSV or XLSX samples, the exact processing rule, a sample of the expected output, and your operating system. Remove passwords, API keys and unnecessary personal data.
What does the $30 package include?
One simple processing task in one Python script, up to 3 files with the same columns and 10,000 rows in total, plus one output file, source code and setup instructions. Multiple steps or different schemas need a custom quote.
Do I need Python installed?
Yes. This package includes a Python script and a setup guide for the agreed operating system. Tell me your environment before ordering. A standalone desktop app or hosted service is not included.
Will you preserve Excel formatting, formulas or macros?
The package focuses on tabular values and a clean output file. Preserving complex formatting, existing formulas, charts or macros is outside the $30 package and requires a separate assessment and custom quote.
How do revisions and testing work?
One revision covers an adjustment within the agreed scope. I test against the agreed sample inputs and expected outputs. Defects that prevent the code from meeting those requirements will be corrected; new features require a separate quote.
Do you use AI tools?
I use AI-assisted development and check the result against the agreed requirements and examples. If your project requires a non-AI workflow, please discuss that before ordering.
