The basic package includes a one week fully personalized workout program including full instructions based on your goals.
Other options include a 4-week program, a 6-week program, and 6-week sport-specific programs all with dietary guidance.
Sport Specific Options Include: FOOTBALL, BASEBALL, BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL
Programs will be delivered via Microsoft Excel.
