About This Gig

I am a exercise & sport scientist with years of experience in the field of exercise, sport, and personal training. In addition to being a former NCAA Linebacker, I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences as well as a minor in biology. I know how and when your body burns fat, builds muscle, and fuels it's metabolism. 

IMPORTANT:

The basic package includes a one week fully personalized workout program including full instructions based on your goals. 
Other options include a 4-week program, a 6-week program, and 6-week sport-specific programs all with dietary guidance.

Sport Specific Options Include: FOOTBALL, BASEBALL, BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL

Programs will be delivered via Microsoft Excel.

    As long as you fully disclose the nature of your injury or handicap, I can design a plan to fit your current abilities, and possibly to aid in recovery.
  • What if I don't know/understand the exercises listed?
    There are many online resources, including google, to aid you in your quest for exercise knowledge. Please rely upon these resources before my inbox. If after your search you are still confused, I will be more than happy to help!
  • What if I can't perform the workouts or cannot understand the template?
    One revision is included in all packages. If after careful research you still do not understand the workouts or templates, I will be happy to help!
