A small fix is one problem or change, like a plugin conflict, a broken Elementor layout, a form that stops sending, or a text and image update. Redesigns, new features and custom plugins are quoted separately.

Yes. Each month is its own order, and you can cancel future months through Fiverr at any time. To switch plans, cancel your current plan and order the new one when this month ends.

No. Cleaning a site that's already hacked is separate work, and I quote it after I've had a look. The monthly plans include a security scan, but nobody can promise a site will never be hacked.

No, the licenses stay in your name. Premium plugins and themes need an active license to update, so I'll let you know if one has run out.
