Which package should I choose?
Basic covers diagnosis and recommendations only. Standard includes fixing 1–2 minor WordPress issues, while Premium covers 1–2 more complex issues after review. Please message me before ordering if you are unsure.
Does the Basic package include bug fixing?
No. Basic is a paid diagnosis with findings and recommended solutions. It does NOT include repairs or implementation. My free initial look before ordering only helps determine which package fits your problem.
What WordPress problems can you fix?
I troubleshoot critical errors, PHP errors, white screens, plugin/theme conflicts, failed updates, broken layouts, CSS, forms, login and registration issues, database errors and selected hosting/Plesk problems.
Can you also fix WooCommerce problems?
Yes. I can help with selected WooCommerce bugs, plugin conflicts and configuration issues. Complex checkout or payment problems, custom code and uncommon extensions require an initial review before I can confirm the scope and price.
Can you help if I cannot access wp-admin?
Often yes. Depending on the issue, I can investigate through hosting, Plesk, cPanel, FTP/SFTP or database access. Please tell me which access is still available before ordering.
Are your prices fixed, and can you fix multiple issues?
The package prices apply to the listed scope. Standard covers 1–2 minor issues and Premium 1–2 more complex issues. Unrelated or extensive problems may require a custom offer. Please describe all issues before ordering.
Do you create backups before fixing my website?
Whenever technically possible, I create or verify a backup before making significant changes. If the website or hosting account is damaged, I will explain any limitations before proceeding.
What does unlimited revisions mean?
I provide revisions until the agreed work is completed correctly, including fixing problems caused by my work. Revisions only cover the original package scope. New features or unrelated issues are not included. Basic revisions do not include repairs.
How can we communicate about the problem?
I prefer written communication through Fiverr messages. You can send descriptions, screenshots, screen recordings, error messages or relevant files. I do not offer phone calls, live video meetings or off-platform communication.
What if the problem cannot be fixed directly?
Some issues originate from hosting, servers or third-party services. If a direct WordPress fix is not possible, I will explain my findings and recommend the next steps. Complex or uncertain issues should be discussed before ordering.
