I am really skilled is diagnosing and solving problems remotely as I do that currently for my local consumers when I am unable to be there in person.


I primarily carry out my remote services via Teamviewer for any packages other than Hardware, this service is remote technical support via the internet or Phone.

All packages excluding Hardware comes with 1 week of support via [hone or internet, no phone numbers/email addresses will be shared beyond my services.

  • Do I require a internet connection?
    Yes and No, I am willing to offer over-the-phone support, but it is advised that you have a Internet Connection to make things easier and more convenient for you.
  • Will I be hacked?
    No, I take security and privacy very seriously. There will be no access of personal user files unless completely unavoidable and even to that extent the users privacy is taken first priority, you permission will be gained first before accessing any user directory.
  • Once you take remote to my computer, can't you just reconnet?
    No, the main reason I use Teamviewer for my services is because of the privacy considerations they have in place for their software. After a connection is initiated, the Teamviewer password will change and only on occasions of me initiating a restart will I be able to reconnect after the initial.
  • What if my computer has a virus or isn't booting?? Can you fix it?
    Yes! The only case I cannot help is if the system drive has been formatted (Usually very unlikely now days..), otherwise, I should be able to have you up and running in no time.
  • How long does your services last?
    Once paid for, you make invoke my services for one week after the purchase date. Afterwards, you will need to pay again for further assistance.
  • Do you work with Microsoft/Apple/Google?
    No I do not, I have had a few work experiences with Microsoft personally but I do not actively work for their corporation or anyone else's for that matter. I am completely independent.

  • Can you service mobile devices as well?
    Yes, I provide support for Smartphones, Tablets and Computers. I will work on IOS devices but I prefer Android or Windows Phone.
