About This Gig

I have worked out most of my life. I ran cross country and track in high school and recently I dove deep into crossfit. I understand how the body works and the type of workouts you need to help those trouble areas! But you have to be consistent in your workouts or it won't work! :) 

I want to be your personal coach. We will start at whatever level you need and work our way up. This is only for 1 week, if you want to continue with my workouts, you have to keep paying by the week. 

20 bucks a month for a personal trainer isn't bad if you ask me!
