I build business websites and landing pages using your supplied text, logo and images. Every package includes responsive testing, enquiry links, editable source files and a handover guide.
Basic: 1 page, 5 sections, 2 enquiry destinations, 1 revision. Standard: up to 4 pages, 3 destinations, 2 revisions. Premium: up to 6 pages, a 12-image static gallery, 3 destinations, 3 revisions. Up to 5 sections per page.
Enquiry links open authorized email, phone or WhatsApp destinations; no backend forms, chatbot or CRM.
Optional GitHub Pages deployment assistance for one site on your account is included, subject to eligibility and platform limits. Domain registration, paid hosting and third-party charges are separate.
Testing covers 360/768/1440px layouts, navigation, image scaling and links in a modern browser. Page titles and descriptions are included.
SkyRise Realty is a demo with fictional listings, not client work.

What files and deployment help are included?
Every package includes editable HTML, CSS, JavaScript and permitted assets in a ZIP, plus an editing/deployment guide and testing summary. Optional assistance deploys one static site to your GitHub Pages account, subject to eligibility and platform limits; no uptime guarantee.
Are domain registration, hosting and third-party costs included?
Website files and optional GitHub Pages setup assistance are included. Domain purchase, DNS configuration, paid hosting, premium assets and subscriptions are excluded. You pay providers directly for any separately approved purchases. No paid service is activated without approval.
How do enquiry links work?
Links open your authorized email, telephone or WhatsApp destination. They do not collect/store form submissions or include automated messages, chatbots or CRM. The package limit counts unique destinations; the same destination can appear on multiple pages.
Do you offer WordPress, payments, accounts or advanced functionality?
These packages cover static HTML, CSS and JavaScript only. WordPress, backend development, payments, bookings, logins and advanced integrations are excluded. Any additional functionality needs a delivery capability review and separate agreement before acceptance.
What content must I supply?
Supply final text, logo and images you have permission to use. Copywriting, stock image purchases and legal policy drafting are excluded. Premium includes one static gallery with up to 12 supplied images.
What counts as a revision, and is maintenance included?
A revision is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. New pages, features or a new design direction require a separate agreement. Packages cover the build, testing, agreed revisions and handover; ongoing maintenance is excluded.
What responsive testing is included?
I check all delivered pages at approximately 360, 768 and 1440px widths in a modern browser, including navigation, overflow, image scaling and enquiry link destinations. This does not promise testing on every physical device or browser.
