FAQ
Why is this gig more expensive than the others?
- Because this gigs offers fully custom service. Everything is made from scratch. All drawings, characters, backgrounds etc. will be custom created for your needs and you will get unique video that no one else has.
What information is needed so I could start working on the video?
- At first I need a written script. That script will be voiced and then animated. You can provide me a logo image as well, but that is optional.
What if I don’t have a written script?
- In that case we also offer a script writing service that is included in the PREMIUM package or you can purchase that in extras in the other packages.
Do I provide a voice over recording?
- Yes, the voice over recording is included in every package. You can choose between male and female voice and between US and UK accent.
Do I provide voice over on another language?
- No, I don’t provide voice over other than English. But if you already have a voice over on another language, I can create you a video as long as you provide me an English translation for the script. Please first contact us for this kind of service.
Do I offer free unlimited revisions?
- Yes, as long as the revisions are about the drawings and the animations and not about the script, which means if any script changes are required as well in the voice over, there will be an additional cost considering how big the changes are.
