About this gig
Audio mastering is the final stage of music production where you add the finishing touches to your overall mix by enhancing the overall sound, creating consistency across the album, and preparing it for distribution.
I can master your song (any genre) for either streaming, broadcast, CD or vinyl release. I can also help add a cohesive glue to your albums / EPs in order for them to sound like one united piece instead of simply a collection of songs (this can happen when songs are recorded/mixed at different times over the course of months or even years).

I have been active in the UK and Egyptian music scenes since the early 2000s and run a small netlabel / music distribution service for independent musicians called Cyrdaeb. I am also active in a couple of bands and several music projects spanning many genres, including but not limited to; lofi hip hop, experimental electronica, alternative rock, synthpop, sludge metal and instrumental soundtracks.

Do you also mix songs?
Yes! Please check my other gigs for more genre specific mixing. Mastering can be selected as an optional extra on those gigs.
What kind of file will you require?
I require the wav or aiff file of the final mix with no clipping. It should be a minimum 44.1kHz sample rate and 16bits.
What bitrate/sample rate will the master be delivered in?
That all depends on the bitrate/sample rate of the file you send me. I try to keep it the same so as not to prevent any unnecessary conversion unless specified.
How do I prepare the final mix for mastering?
Please remove any limiters that you have on your mix buss and make sure it is not clipping.
