Will my site go down?
No. I put your site in maintenance mode during cleaning (5-10 minutes), then restore it. I always take a full backup first.
Basic vs Premium?
Basic = quick file scan and visible malware removal + firewall. Standard = Basic + uploads, .htaccess/wp-config redirect fix and vulnerability check. Premium = Standard + database spam check, hardening steps, backup setup and 14-day re-check for same issue.
Do you need cPanel or hosting access?
WordPress admin is enough to start Basic. For Standard/Premium deep cleaning, FTP/cPanel is strongly recommended – many backdoors hide outside wp-content.
