About this Gig
Finding the WHY of a question has always been my passion. I have worked in market research agencies to understand what drives the consumer & mine the insights that help make sense of unstructured data. Here are the services I offer:
- Transcription - I can help you transcribe or translate your user interviews (English-Hindi), focus group discussions & video interviews
- Thematic analysis - I can code the IDIs, FGDs, video diaries, etc. & find the pain points, construct the user journey & find the underlying themes through data coding (manually or NVivo)
- Preparing the summary report highlighting the research question, methodology, themes & recommendations.
