Do you provide the 3D product models?
I can create basic environments and shapes. However, if you need a specific product (like a custom gadget, cosmetic bottle, or vehicle) inside the fluid simulation, it is highly recommended that you provide the 3D model (.obj, .fbx, or .blend).
What resolution and format will the final video be?
The final VFX animation will be delivered in MP4 format. The Basic package includes 1080p resolution, while the Standard and Premium packages offer up to 4K resolution for maximum cinematic quality.
Can you do a custom project that doesn't fit the packages?
