Can you work from just a description, or do I need reference images?
A description is enough. References help a lot though — send anything with the mood, colour or composition you're after and I'll get much closer on the first pass.
Will I own the images? Can I use them commercially?
Yes on Standard and Premium — full commercial rights, including ads, packaging and resale. Basic is personal use only, but you can add commercial rights as an extra at checkout.
What if I don't like any of the concepts?
Tell me what's off and I'll rework it — that's what the revisions are for. If the first direction misses entirely, I'll try a different one rather than tweaking a version you don't like.
Can you put my product or logo into the image?
I can work around a product you send me, but I can't recreate branded items or logos from scratch. Send the file and I'll tell you honestly what's realistic before you order.
Can you create images of me or a specific person?
No — I don't generate real, identifiable people. Same for copyrighted characters. I can create original characters that match a description you give me.
What file formats do I get?
High-resolution PNG and JPG as standard. Transparent PNG and 4K upscale are available as extras, or included in Premium. Ask if you need a specific size or ratio and I'll build to it.
How fast can you deliver?
2–4 days depending on the package. If you're on a deadline, add fast delivery at checkout and I'll turn it around in 24 hours.
Are these AI-generated?
Yes, generated with professional AI tools and then edited by hand for composition, colour and clean-up. I'd rather say so upfront than have you find out after ordering.
