About this Gig
Are you a Shopify store owner, dropshipper, or brand manager dealing with a messy supplier spreadsheet? Wholesale product lists are notorious for having duplicate items, broken columns, and broken pricing structures. If you attempt to upload a faulty file, Shopify will throw errors, mess up your inventory, or halt your launch.
Save your time and skip the frustration. I specialize in deep data cleaning, formatting, and restructuring messy Excel and CSV files so they import into your e-commerce store perfectly on the very first try.
What I Will Do For Your Data:
- Duplicate Removal: Deleting overlapping SKUs and identical items.
- Text Cleaning: Using advanced formulas to clean up sloppy, all-caps product titles and descriptions.
- CSV Alignment: Mapping supplier headers into exact alignment with standard Shopify CSV layouts.
- Data Splitting: Breaking complex rows (like Size/Color) into separate variant columns.
- Pricing Validation: Ensuring all currencies and decimals are clean and error-free.

FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
I just need your messy supplier spreadsheet (Excel or CSV format) and any specific instructions you have for pricing markup or column preferences.
Will the final file be ready to upload directly to Shopify?
Yes! The final CSV or Excel file will be fully formatted to match Shopify's standard import template so you can upload it with zero errors.
Can you handle custom pricing updates or markups?
Absolutely. If you need me to adjust the supplier's wholesale cost by a specific percentage or fixed amount to set your retail price, just let me know.
What if my file has thousands of rows?
Please send me a direct message with a preview or sample of your spreadsheet before ordering. I will check the file size and send you a custom offer right away!
