Recently led a complete overhaul of a live Shopify store's product catalog: rewrote over a dozen product descriptions from cluttered, copy-pasted supplier text into clean, conversion-focused copy; corrected SEO categorization across more than twenty products; and authored a full brand story and About page from the ground up. Beyond writing, this project involved identifying and resolving real business risks the client hadn't caught themselves — including a product using a registered trademark it had no legal right to, and cosmetic products making unverified medical claims that could have exposed the store to liability. Also supported broader store strategy, including shipping and market configuration, trust-building through policy pages, and foundational ad campaign planning for Meta and TikTok targeting Gulf-region customers.
