Overpriced, underdelivered. Most of the work was done well. Part of the work was not thoroughly checked and simply left out, so I had to do it. Most worrying - some sentences were edited in a way that changes the meaning - which was really bad.

In the final analysis, my writing did not require much improvement. Abbey did a great job of proofreading the final work, so it is ready for publication. I appreciate her catching the missing chapter. She also provided a statement that boosted my confidence.
