Independent DevOps and automation work for small businesses and agencies. Automation: n8n workflows for lead capture from websites, WooCommerce stores and Next.js apps, with deduplication, enrichment, LLM-based qualification against client criteria, and branched routing into WhatsApp, CRMs and PostgreSQL. Every build includes retry logic and a dedicated error workflow. Infrastructure: self-hosted n8n, Moodle and other Docker workloads on hardened Ubuntu VPS. Cloudflare DNS, NGINX reverse proxies, SSL, SSH key authentication, firewall and fail2ban, and automated backups verified by test restores. Email deliverability: audits and remediation covering SPF within the 10-lookup limit, DKIM signing, DMARC rollout from p=none to p=quarantine, MX and PTR repair, and Google Postmaster Tools monitoring. Every engagement ends with written documentation and a handover walkthrough.
