Starter uses an adapted template. Core and Retention include brand-matched layouts. Flows stay in draft until you approve activation.

Do you write and design the emails?
Yes. Basic includes short English copy and adaptation of an existing Omnisend template using your logo and colors. Standard and Premium include English copy and a consistent, brand-matched email layout adapted across the included emails. Custom HTML coding is not included.
Can you update existing flows?
Yes, within the selected package's flow and email limits. Please message me first if you already have active automations so I can check for overlaps. Migration, complex troubleshooting and rebuilding additional emails require a separate quote.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes to the delivered copy, layout or settings within the agreed brief. Additional emails, new flows, a different language or a new design direction are extra work. Corrections needed to meet the original agreed scope do not use your revision allowance.
Do you guarantee sales or inbox placement?
No. Sales and deliverability depend on factors including traffic, list quality, consent, sender reputation, products and offers. I deliver the agreed setup, copy, design and functional checks. Ongoing performance optimization and domain authentication work are not included.
What is included in the signup popup?
Standard and Premium include one email signup popup with brand-matched styling, agreed copy, a basic display rule and a connection to the welcome flow. A/B testing, SMS signup, multi-step forms and custom coding are not included.
