What do I need to provide, and do I need technical knowledge?
No technical knowledge needed. Send your website URL and the content the bot should answer from (FAQs, documents or page links). Setup, installation and configuration are handled for you.
Will the chatbot answer from my own information?
Yes. It uses a knowledge base built from your website, FAQs and documents. AI can still make mistakes, so each bot is tested against your most common questions before delivery.
Which platforms does it work with?
Websites, landing pages, SaaS apps, Shopify, WordPress and custom web apps.
What does it cost to run after delivery?
The bot uses the OpenAI API, which charges per usage. Those fees are billed by OpenAI to your own account, not through Fiverr. Hosting is not included.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Full source code is included in every package, so you own and control what is delivered.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover the agreed scope: answers, wording, styling and fixes. New features or extra integrations need a new order.
Can I see a demo before ordering?
