Assisted course creators in preparing professional learning experiences by organizing modules, lessons, quizzes, assignments, and downloadable resources in a clear and engaging format. Worked as a Freelance Online Course Quality Assurance Specialist with the Quality Matters Team. My role involved reviewing and improving online courses to make sure everything was properly structured and easy for students to follow. I supported course creators with LMS setup, course creation, course upload, and organizing lessons, modules, quizzes, and downloadable materials. I also handled online course website design with platform configuration, course layout arrangement, author profile setup, and basic branding so the learning environment looked clean and professional. I helped e-commerce oriented clients to setup and design store, list, drop ship or product upload for physical/digital products and training resources. I worked on eLearning, educational platforms to make sure courses, educational materials, and training resources were properly arranged and ready for students to access without issues. My focus was always on making the course platform simple to navigate, well-organized, and ready for a smooth learning experience.
