FAQ
What access do you need, and how should I share it safely?
A temporary WordPress admin user for me, plus cPanel or SFTP access. Please share it inside Fiverr only, ideally via a password manager link. After delivery, delete my user and change all passwords. I never ask for your Fiverr or payment details.
Will I lose my content, design or Elementor layouts?
No. I take a full backup of files and database before touching anything. I remove only infected code and malicious files, then test key pages, forms and checkout. If anything looks wrong, I restore it from the backup.
What if the malware comes back?
If the same infection returns within your package window (7, 30 or 60 days), I re-clean it free. New hacks caused by nulled plugins, leaked passwords or changes made by others are quoted separately. Nobody can honestly promise a site will never be hacked again.
Can you remove the Google "Deceptive site ahead" warning?
I clean the site, then submit a review in Google Search Console (Standard and Premium). Google makes the final decision. Malware reviews usually take a few days; hacked spam reviews can take several weeks. Please give me Search Console access or add me as a user.
Do you fix Japanese keyword (SEO spam) hacks?
Yes, in Premium. I remove the spam files, database entries and rogue sitemaps, then submit a clean sitemap and request removal of spam URLs in Search Console. Google drops old spam pages over time; I cannot control how fast.
My host suspended my account. Can you still help?
Usually yes. Send me the host's malware report first. If the host gives temporary access (cPanel, SFTP or file manager), I clean the files, then you ask the host to re-scan and reactivate. Message me before ordering so I can confirm.
How many websites are included?
One WordPress installation per order. If several sites share the same hosting account, they usually need cleaning together or the infection spreads back. Add the Additional Website extra for each extra site, or message me for a multi-site quote.
Do you work on Shopify, Wix, Joomla or custom PHP sites?
No. This gig is for WordPress only, so I can give you a reliable result. I also only work on sites you own or are authorized to manage.
