What information do you need to start fixing the bug?
Please provide a detailed description of the bug, steps to reproduce it, and access to your source code. You can invite me to your GitHub/GitLab repository or provide a ZIP file containing the code and any .env structure needed to run it locally.
Do you work on live production servers, or do you need a staging environment?
For your security, I highly prefer testing and fixing bugs locally or on a staging branch. Once the bug is fixed and tested, I will send you the updated code or push it to a branch for you to review and merge into production.
What happens if you cannot fix the bug?
I will review your codebase and the issue before we start the order. If I find that the bug is outside my scope or cannot be fixed due to third-party library limitations, I will let you know upfront so you do not waste your money and specially your time.
