Updates, backups, security scans, uptime monitoring, speed checks, small fixes and a monthly report. Each package also includes a set number of hours for content edits or small changes.
Will updates break my website?
No. I test every update and take a full backup first. If anything breaks, I restore it right away at no extra cost.
What if I need bigger changes?
Each package includes set hours for small edits. Bigger work like new pages, redesigns or new features is quoted separately so you always know the cost first.
Do you fix hacked websites?
Yes. Every package includes malware monitoring. The Premium package includes malware cleanup. For a hacked site on Basic or Standard, add the malware removal extra.
What access do you need?
Admin access to WordPress and, if possible, hosting or cPanel access. I use secure access and never change anything without testing first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and you can cancel anytime from Fiverr. 3 and 6 month plans come with a 10-15% discount.
