I will build a real estate website with property listings

About this gig
Give buyers a clear way to explore your properties and contact your agency.
I will build a responsive real estate website for agents and small agencies, with a layout tailored to your brand.
BASIC: 3 public pages, 5 property showcases, contact form and WhatsApp button. No owner dashboard.
STANDARD: 5 public pages, 10 initial listings, property detail pages, owner login to add/edit/delete listings, price/location/type filters and property enquiry forms.
PREMIUM: 7 public pages, 20 initial listings, advanced filters, enquiry status management and viewing requests with manual confirmation.
All packages include mobile-friendly design, supplied content upload, basic on-page SEO, image optimization and deployment setup.
One business and one language. Property uploads are separate from page counts; reusable detail templates count as one page. Clients provide text, branding and property images.
Domain, hosting, backend usage and paid services cost extra. MLS/IDX feeds, payments, multi-agent accounts and ongoing maintenance need a custom quote.
Message me on Fiverr with your requirements before ordering.

FAQ
Is this a WordPress website?
This gig covers a custom-coded, React-based website. Standard and Premium include an owner dashboard for managing property listings. WordPress or Divi development would require a separate agreement.
2. Can I add and update properties myself?
Yes, Standard and Premium include one owner account to add, edit and delete listings and update photos, prices and property status. Basic includes a fixed property showcase without an owner dashboard.
3. What is the difference between pages and property uploads?
Pages are distinct public layouts. A reusable property-detail template counts as one page. Initial uploads are 5, 10 or 20 properties according to your package. Standard and Premium allow you to add more within your hosting and storage limits.
4. Are domain and hosting costs included?
Deployment setup and connecting one domain are included. You purchase and own your domain, hosting and backend accounts. Subscription fees, renewals, usage charges and paid tools are separate from the development price.
5. What do I need to provide?
Please provide your logo, business details, page text and property information with photos you have permission to use. Content upload is included within package limits. Copywriting, translation and image sourcing require a separate agreement.
6. Do you include MLS, IDX, payments or multiple agent logins?
These features require a custom quote before ordering, subject to provider access and licensing. The listed packages cover one business and one owner account where included. A public Team page does not include separate agent logins.
7. How do enquiries and viewing requests work?
Basic and Standard route form submissions to your agreed inbox. Premium adds an enquiry dashboard and viewing requests that the owner confirms manually. Live calendar availability, calendar sync and automated messaging require a separate quote.
8. What counts as a revision?
A revision round is one consolidated list of changes to the agreed design or supplied content. New pages, features, platform changes or a new design direction require a separate quote. Defects within the delivered scope are covered by the support period.
9. Do you provide support and source files?
Yes. Source files and a short handover guide are included. I fix reproducible defects within the agreed scope for 7 days on Basic, 14 days on Standard and 30 days on Premium. New features, routine updates and ongoing maintenance are separate.
10. What does basic SEO include?
Basic on-page SEO includes page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text and a sitemap. Search rankings, traffic and enquiry volumes depend on additional factors and are not guaranteed.
