What files do I need to provide before ordering?
Please provide your schematic (PDF, KiCad, or image), design constraints (board size, shape, enclosure requirements), and any specific component preferences or datasheets.
Which EDA software do you use?
I work primarily with KiCad for PCB layout and LTspice for circuit simulation. You will receive native KiCad files upon completion.
Can you design compact or high-density boards?
Yes, I specialize in tight-tolerance, compact layouts and multi-layer boards optimized for small enclosures.
Are the files ready for fabrication services like JLCPCB or PCBWay?
Absolutely. I provide production-ready Gerbers, NC Drill files, BOMs, and Pick-and-Place (CPL) files formatted specifically for standard fabrication and assembly houses.
What if my manufacturer finds an issue during DRC/DFM review?
If your fabricator raises any Design for Manufacture (DFM) flags or layout queries during production, I will update and fix the layout files free of charge to get your board manufactured smoothly.
Can you simulate or verify my circuit before laying out the PCB?
Yes, if you have analog or power circuit sections that require validation, I can run functional simulations in LTspice prior to completing the PCB layout.
What if my project has more components than the listed packages?
You can easily add extra components using the gig add-ons during checkout ($5 per 10 additional components), or feel free to message me directly for a custom offer.
