What specific manufacturing files do you deliver?
I provide production-ready Gerber files (RS-274X), NC Drill files, Pick and Place position files, and a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) in CSV/Excel. Source files for platforms like EasyEDA Pro, KiCad are also included depending on the package tier.
Can you design custom footprints if my component is not in the standard library?
Yes. I routinely design custom decals, footprintsfor specialized IC arrays, niche sensors, and custom connectors to ensure perfect alignment during assembly.
Do you simulate the design before finalizing the layout?
Absolutely. If requested, I can conduct transient response modeling and physical network simulations utilizing LTSpice or MATLAB Simulink to validate the electrical architecture before any PCB routing begins.
Do you provide the component library or footprint data with the source files?
Yes. When source files are included in your package, I provide the complete project folder. This includes all the custom libraries, symbols, and 3D footprints I generated for your design, ensuring you have full ownership and can easily modify the project in the future.
How do you ensure my board is actually ready for manufacturing (DFM)?
Before delivery, I perform a strict DFM review. I cross-check Gerber files against the BOM to prevent footprint mismatches and run a complete Design Rule Check (DRC) to ensure trace widths, clearances, and drill sizes meet fabrication limits.
