Hello Everybody,

I can keep accounting and bookkeeping through ZohoBooks, including Charts of Accounts, Customers, Suppliers, Products, Sales, Payments Received, Bills, Expenses, Payment Made, Journal Entries, etc. Charges much effort in migration. A final quotation will be provided after evaluating the number and nature of transactions.

The scope of work will include the following:

1. Migration of transactions with tweaks as needed due to changes in the structure of both applications.
2. Matching of financials for each year of migration.
3. Initial training if needed by the customer/employees (remote).

Exclusions:

1. Purchase of license.
2. Setting up templates as we believe this can be best set up by the marketing team or a person managing the business daily.
3. Migration of attachments. This is a manual process and the cost will be quoted separately.
4. Data is migrated on an as-is basis hence the accuracy of accounting in the base system is not checked by us.

Please note that we only assist in migrating the data from one application to another and do not intend to sell one product over the other.
