To ensure clear project management, packages are structured by scale:
- BASIC ($45): Simple, open-sided utility structures up to 24'x24' (carports, lean-tos). Includes framing plan & post layouts.
- STANDARD ($100): Fully enclosed residential barns/workshops up to 30'x40'. Includes 4-side elevations, roof framing, and door/window placement.
- PREMIUM ($180): Large or complex commercial builds (40'x60'+), barndominiums, or structures with lofts/mezzanines.

Are these blueprints stamped by a professional engineer (PE)?
I provide professional, highly accurate architectural drafting and structural layouts. However, I do not provide local engineering stamps. If your city requires a local PE stamp for permits, you can take my CAD files directly to a local engineer to review and sign off.
