What is WordPress Multisite?
A WordPress Multisite is a particular type of WordPress setup where you can create and manage multiple WordPress sites from a single WordPress installation, single WordPress Dashboard. WordPress.com is a perfect example of WordPress multisite setup.
What is the difference between a subdomain or directory type multisite?
WordPress multisite network can be either sub-domains based, or sub-directories based. Sub-domain-based subsites URL will be like http://site1.example.com. Sub-directory-based subsites will have a URL like http://example.com/site1/. It is entirely your choice which URL type you want to have.
What other options do I have? Can you create multisite with domain mapping?
Other than subdomain or subdirectory type multisite, you can use top-level domains for subsites via "Domain Mapping". Domain mapping is included in Standard and Pro packages. Please make sure you select the correct package while ordering. Contact me for a consultation to clear up all your doubts.

Please upload the full theme package of the premium theme that you have brought. It should include documentation, license, and theme files in .zip archive format.
How do I send you the theme(Which I wanted you to use in my Multisite) file if the size is over Fiverr's max upload limits?
