About this Gig
STOP YOUR COLD EMAILS FROM LANDING IN SPAM!
Are your open rates dropping? Are your crucial business emails going straight to the junk folder? The problem isn't your email copyit is your DNS records.
With Google and Yahoo's recent strict security updates, if your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are missing or improperly configured, your emails will be flagged as spam immediately. You are burning your expensive leads!
Why choose me? I am not just a standard virtual assistant. I am a Backend Developer who actually built a custom API to audit domain health and email deliverability. I know exactly how these strict enterprise spam filters work on a code level.
What I will do for you:
- SPF (Sender Policy Framework): Configure it correctly to authorize your sending sources.
- DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail): Generate and add digital signatures so inbox providers trust you.
- DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication): Set up a strict policy to protect your domain from spoofing.
- MX Records: Fix mail routing issues.
- Full Deliverability Audit: Ensure your domain gets a 10/10 sending score.

FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
I will need login access to your domain's DNS manager (such as Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.) and your email hosting provider (like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho). If you aren't comfortable sharing credentials, we can do it via a quick Zoom screen share!
Will fixing these records guarantee my emails go to the inbox?
It guarantees that your emails will not be rejected by strict spam filters for technical or authentication failures. While perfect DNS records are the foundation of deliverability, your email copy, sending volume, and domain age also play a role.
How long does it take for the new DNS records to work?
I will set up and configure the records immediately. However, DNS propagation (the time it takes for the internet to recognize the changes) can take anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours depending on your domain host.
