At Irfa Digital, I led the successful execution of web development and e-commerce projects across WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and custom platforms. My role involved comprehensive project management—from planning and task delegation to quality assurance and client communication. I trained and supervised team members to ensure consistent output while managing Amazon FBA/FBM and dropshipping operations to maximize sales performance. Additionally, I developed SEO-optimized blogs and leveraged customer feedback to refine service delivery. As the primary client representative, I ensured clear communication, timely updates, and results that exceeded expectations—building long-term trust and repeat business.
