What file formats do you need from me to get started?
I can work with Revit (.rvt), AutoCAD (.dwg), SketchUp (.skp) files, or even hand-sketched floor plans and reference photos. If you don't have technical drawings, just share rough measurements and images and I'll build the model from there.
How many revisions are included, and what if I need more?
Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 2. Extra revisions are available as an add-on. I recommend sharing detailed references upfront (materials, lighting mood, camera angles) to minimize back-and-forth.
Can you render both interior and exterior in the same order?
Yes — my packages include a mix of interior and exterior renders depending on the tier you choose. Let me know your specific split (e.g., 2 interior + 1 exterior) in the requirements so I can plan accordingly.
Do you provide the editable source file?
Source files are included with the Premium package only. This includes the 3D model, textures, and scene setup so you or your team can make future edits independently.
What's the difference between a standard render and a walkthrough/360° render?
A standard render is a single fixed camera image. An architectural walkthrough is an animated video moving through the space, and a 360° panoramic render lets viewers pan around interactively. Both are included only in the Premium package due to the added modeling and render time required.
