For dissertation, customer satisfaction or employee engagement surveys, you'll get accurate statistics,
charts and plain-English interpretation not just numbers pasted into a spreadsheet.

Q: Which file formats can I send?
A: Excel and CSV are best. Exports from Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics and Typeform all work. If you are unsure, send what you have and I will check it free before you order.
Q: Can you help with my dissertation or thesis survey?
A: Yes. I structure the analysis around your research questions and hypotheses, and the Standard and Premium reports are written so you can adapt them into a results chapter. The analysis and interpretation are mine; the writing of your thesis stays yours.
Q: My data is messy. Can you still work with it?
A: In most cases, yes. Cleaning is included in every package: duplicate removal, missing-value handling and consistent coding. If something in the data would change the results, I will tell you before I run the analysis
Q: Do you use SPSS?
A: I deliver SPSS-style statistical output and reporting, produced mainly in Excel so you can open, check and reuse everything without special software. If you need a specific test, name it in your message and I will confirm it is included.
Q: Can we talk before I order?
