Do I need to give you a script?
No. You can send a full script, bullet points or your slides or documents. I can polish or write the script for you (Standard and Premium include script polish, and full script writing is an extra).
Which AI tools do you use?
I use HeyGen, Google flow and Synthesia for avatars and voiceovers. I will recommend the best fit for your style and budget.
How many revisions do I get, and what counts as one?
Basic has 1, Standard has 2 and Premium has 3. A revision means changes to script wording, pacing, text or branding within the agreed scope. A new topic, new lesson or full rewrite is a new order or an extra.
What do I need to provide to start?
Your topic, audience, script or notes, and your logo and brand colors if you have them. Everything is collected in the order requirements.
Can you rush delivery?
Yes. Use the Extra Fast Delivery option on the order, or message me before ordering and I’ll confirm availability.
Can I choose the avatar and voice?
Yes. You choose from the avatar and voice libraries, and I will suggest options that match your audience and tone. I do not clone any real person’s face or voice without their written consent.
Do I own the final video?
Yes. You get the final MP4 for your training, courses and marketing. Keep in mind that avatar and voice licensing follows the terms of the AI tool used.
Can you update the video later if my content changes?
Yes. Send me the changed lines and I’ll re-render. Updates after delivery are a new order or a custom offer.
