Do I need a Shopify account first?
Yes. Start a Shopify trial and add us as a staff member once we agree the scope. The store stays in your name and you keep full ownership.
Which theme will you use?
Starter and Business use a free Shopify theme customized to your brand. In Store Plus we can use a premium theme, which you buy from the Shopify Theme Store, or build a custom design.
Can you upload my products?
Yes, up to the number in your package. Send a spreadsheet with names, prices, variants and descriptions, plus your product images. More products are available as an extra.
Do you set up payments and shipping?
Yes. We set up Shopify Payments or PayPal, shipping zones and rates, and tax settings for your country.
Can you redesign my store without losing anything?
Yes. Your products, customers and orders stay where they are. We change the theme and design only.
Do you build dropshipping stores?
We can connect apps like DSers on request, but this Gig is built for brands selling their own products.
What about apps with monthly fees?
We only recommend apps you need, and we tell you the monthly cost before installing anything paid.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, product details and images, a store you like the look of, and staff access once we agree the scope.
