Business and Premium include priority fixes within 24 hours. On Essential, message us and we will quote the fix.
Do you need admin access?
Yes, a dedicated admin user for our team, requested through the order page after you subscribe. We recommend removing it if you cancel.
Where are backups stored?
We use your host's backup system where available, or set up a backup plugin. We confirm where your backups are stored in the first week.
