FAQ
What format should I send my data in?
Excel, Google Sheets, CSV, PDF invoices, or even scanned images/photos are all fine. If your data isn't digital yet, just send what you have and I'll organize it.
Do you offer ongoing monthly bookkeeping, or just one-time projects?
Both. The Premium package is built for recurring monthly support, but I'm also happy to take one-off cleanup or catch-up jobs.
I use QuickBooks / Xero / another software — can you still help?
My main experience is with ZOHO Books, but I'm comfortable adapting to other systems — I led a full migration between accounting platforms in my day job, so picking up a new tool isn't a problem. Message me with details and I'll confirm before you order.
Can you prepare financial statements or handle tax filing?
I focus on bookkeeping support — data entry, invoicing, AP/AR, and reconciliation to keep your books clean and organized. For certified financial statements or tax filing, I'd recommend pairing my work with your accountant, and I'm happy to hand off clean records to them.
How many invoices/records can you handle?
It depends on the package — Basic covers up to 50, Standard up to 150, Premium up to 300. If you have a larger volume, message me first and I'll quote a custom order.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I treat all client financial data as strictly confidential and won't share or reuse it for any other purpose.
