I bring over 6 years of experience as a Virtual Property Manager, working for companies based in U.S specifically in OH, MO, TX, CA. We're proficient in major industry platforms including Buildium, AppFolio, DoorLoop, Rent Manager, Turbo Tenant, TenantCloud. and many more.

I understand that one of the most important aspect of property management is property maintenance. I have previously worked with a U.S based Property Maintenance Company and was responsible for managing the work orders in different regions like STL, Memphis, Huntsville, Birmingham and many more. This allowed me to have a very good understanding of maintenance and get to know each trade, how it works, what are the important things to note.

An example for that would be the roof replacements, as I understand when we are doing roof replacements, we always need to make sure the squares we are measuring are accurate (we can use eagle view to verify the squares) and the price we are getting from the contractors per square is reasonable and should be between 300 - 380 depending on the properties and steepness of the roof.

I am flexible with the hours and can easily adapt to different SOPs.
