Senior mechanical design engineer with 4+ years designing UAV airframes and mechanical products, from first sizing to parts the shop can build. I deliver native CAD, STEP, PDF and DWG/DXF drawings, BOMs and design reports. Recent work: an ISR quadcopter released to manufacturing, a tilt-wing VTOL demonstrator, a river delivery hovercraft, an outdoor kiosk enclosure and steel parts rebuilt from 3D scans. What files will I receive?
Native CAD files (SolidWorks or your format), STEP, STL and rendered views. Higher packages also include 2D drawings with GD&T for manufacturing.
Do you design the full UAV system or just the airframe?
I design the complete UAV system including airframe, internal structure, avionics layout, payload integration and composite parts. Everything needed from concept to production-ready CAD.
What UAV types can you design?
Quadcopters, hexacopters, coaxial multirotors, fixed-wing, VTOL and hybrid VTOL, spray drones and custom aerospace platforms of any size or mission profile.
Can you design for composite manufacturing like carbon fiber?
Yes. I specialize in CFRP and GFRP structures including plug and mold design, layup planning and DFM for composite fabrication, CNC and 3D printing.
