Which POS systems do you support?
Square, Loyverse, Lightspeed, Clover, Toast, Zettle, SumUp, Vend, Odoo POS and more. If your POS has an API or webhooks, I can almost certainly integrate it. Message me your POS name before ordering and I’ll confirm.
Why not just use the built-in Shopify app from my POS?
Native connectors often have limits like one-way sync, no variant handling, no multi-location support or delayed updates. I build a setup that matches how your business actually works and fix the gaps those apps leave.
Will inventory update in real time?
Yes in most cases. I use webhooks and the API for near real-time updates. Some POS systems only allow scheduled syncs, and I’ll tell you upfront which applies to yours.
Will this work with my existing Shopify store and products?
Yes. I match your current products by SKU or barcode, so nothing needs to be rebuilt. I recommend a backup before we start, and I’ll test on a small batch first.
Can you build custom automations beyond the sync?
Yes. Examples are low-stock alerts, sales reports to Google Sheets, order notifications to Slack or email, loyalty or discount rules and custom order routing. These are included in Premium or available as extras.
What do you need from me to start?
Your Shopify store link, staff or collaborator access, and your POS login or API access. I never need your payment details.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. I include post-delivery support for fixes related to what I built, and you can add extended support as an extra.
