Do I need to have a design ready before we start?
No. Tell us what the app should do and who it's for, and we'll put the design together. If you already have wireframes, a Figma file, or a similar app you like, sharing that helps us move faster.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short brief on what the app does, who's using it, and any must-have features. If you're on the Standard or Premium package, we'll also ask for your Apple Developer and Google Play accounts (or help you set them up) so we can publish under your name.
Will I own the app and the source code?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. Once the project is delivered and paid for, the code, the design files, and the app store listings are fully yours. The Basic package is a demo only, so no source code is included there.
Can you build just one platform, like Android only?
es. The packages above cover both iOS and Android, but if you only need one, message us first and we'll adjust the price and timeline.
Do you handle the App Store and Play Store submission?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. We handle the listing, screenshots, and submission process. Store review times are outside our control, but we'll flag anything that could cause a delay before it happens.
What if my app needs more than what's listed in Premium?
Message us with the details first. Bigger apps (multiple user roles, payments, real-time features, admin dashboards) are priced as a custom offer rather than the standard packages.
Do you offer support after the app is delivered?
Yes, that's available separately as an ongoing arrangement (bug fixes, updates, new features) once the initial build is live. Ask us for a maintenance quote when we're closer to launch.
How do we communicate during the project?
Through Fiverr messages, plus regular milestone updates and demos so you can see progress as it happens. We're happy to jump on a call if that's easier for planning.
Is my idea kept confidential?
Yes. If you'd like a signed NDA before sharing details, just ask and we'll sort that out before the brief.
