Circl is an agentic AI studio I founded, building agents that decide, act and write to a business's real systems, not chatbots that answer and forget. We put four agents on shift: voice, answering every call on the first ring to book, quote and reschedule; messaging across WhatsApp, Slack and site chat; a Gmail agent that reads the inbox and sends what it's cleared to send; and back-office agents running orders, invoices and reconciliation end to end. Each runs inside a signed-off envelope controlling what it may do, what it may commit, and when it escalates to a named human. Every action logged.

I led the AI function at tickadoo, building their entire AI infrastructure from scratch. I shipped a WhatsApp AI concierge handling live inventory, pricing and availability queries, a real-time voice assistant customers could talk to naturally, and an autonomous agent that resolves supplier queries end to end, fetching details, drafting emails and closing the loop with no human involved. Underneath sat the Python backend I built: APIs, orchestration, job scheduling and RAG over their catalogue. The automation scaled the platform from 5 cities to 700+ and generated 12,000+ product listings.
