I am a Technical Trainer with 29 years of hands‑on experience in tobacco manufacturing, specifically within the packing department. I have extensive experience in machine troubleshooting (turbo shooting), fault analysis, and maintenance support for high‑speed cigarette packing lines. My core expertise includes packer machine maintenance (SA) and technical support on Sasib Softcup packers, HLP, GDX1, GDX2, CH, and CK packing machines. I have worked closely with maintenance and operations teams to diagnose machine faults, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability. I specialize in developing practical, operator‑friendly SOPs, OPLs (One Point Lessons), startup/shutdown procedures, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance checklists for packing machines. I also convert real shop‑floor issues into structured training material to strengthen team capability and standardize best practices. I deliver audit‑ready technical documentation and training content in English and Roman Urdu, ensuring clear understanding for shop‑floor teams while maintaining professional and compliance standards.
