What kind of report will I receive?
You’ll get clear notes, comments, and a structured reader report with strengths, weaknesses, and practical suggestions for improvement.
Do you work with first time auhors?
Yes! provided the manuscript is at the appropriate stage for beta reading (having already undergone basic editing, either by the author or a professional). To verify this, will have to share with me a sample of your manuscript, such as a screenshot or a PDF of a random page.
What's your process for creating a reader report?
During the reading, I take notes in a separate document for later use in the report, where I will analyze in greater detail the pacing, characters, story, plot, world-building, coherence, and other aspects important to the reader.
What is included in your gig?
Every reader report covers a range of topics, including: Plot, Pacing, World Building, Characterization and Character Development, Impact of Key Relationships, and Problems Discovered. As well as including In-Line Comments, and Chapter by Chapter Reports. My average is 10-15 pages long!
