What is an MCP server, and do I actually need one?
It's what lets Claude read/write to real tools (GitHub, databases, Shopify, Slack, your APIs) instead of just chatting. You need one if you want Claude to take real actions, not just answer questions.
I'm not technical at all can I still order this?
Yes, most of my clients aren't developers. I handle every technical step and explain things in plain language, so you end up with a system you can actually run.
How long does delivery take?
Basic setups are usually done within 24-48 hours. Standard and custom agent builds take 3-7 days depending on how many tools/APIs need connecting.
Is my data and API key safe during setup?
Yes. I use secure environment variables, never hardcode credentials, and don't store your keys after delivery. You can also revoke/rotate keys anytime post-handoff.
Do the packages include API or Claude subscription costs?
No, packages cover my setup and engineering time only. Anthropic API usage, Claude Pro/Max, and any third-party app costs (Shopify, Zapier, etc.) are billed separately to you.
Can you build a custom AI agent for my business?
