I have no idea what caused the error can you still help?
Absolutely. Most people don't know what triggered the issue and that's completely fine. Just describe what you see on screen, what you were doing right before it happened (update, new plugin, changed a setting), and I'll take it from there. Diagnosing errors is half the job.
What if the error comes back after you fix it?
If the same exact issue returns within 7 days of delivery, I'll come back and sort it out at no extra charge. Errors that come back are usually a sign something deeper is going on and I want to make sure it's fully resolved.
Will you touch my content or design while fixing the error?
No. I only go into the areas that are causing the problem. Your posts, pages, images, and design stay exactly the way you left them. I'm careful about that.
My site is live and I can't afford downtime. Is that okay?
Yes. I can work on a staging copy of your site first, test the fix there, then apply it to your live site in one go. That way your visitors never see a broken page. Just mention this when you place the order and I'll set it up that way.
