About this gig
I can create the cover for your comic book or graphic novel. I will produce an interesting cover concept or you can provide me with the idea you would like portrayed.
The characters will need to be designed unless you provide basic design instructions like (costume like "Superman" or "rock monster").
Requirements
- Detailed description of characters and props.
- Please provide reference images for characters, settings, and props.
You will receive:
- Updates showing the various stages of completion from thumbnails/layouts to pencils, inks, and finally color. This allows you the flexibility to make changes to the artwork prior to completion. It serves as additional revision opportunities.
- File size: 11 x 17 inches, A3, 350 dpi/ppi (or a smaller size by request)
- Double page spread is 22 x 17 inches, 300 dpi/ppi
- Digital delivery
- File types: JPEG, PNG
- PSD source file
Extras can be purchased for:
- Gatefold covers can be created with custom orders.

I'm Antoine, a cartoonist and writer specializing in comic book and graphic novel production. I draw both traditionally and digitally using a combination of software (mainly Clip Studio Paint). I have a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on creative writing and art.
I am passionate about comics and graphic novels as it combines my love of art and storytelling. I complete every aspect of comic production including penciling, inking, flatting, coloring, lettering, and graphic design.

FAQ
Can you add a logo, title, lettering, or cover blurbs?
Generally this is done by a professional letterer or company. If you would like basic lettering added to your cover, I can design this for an extra cost. You will need to request the appropriate gig extra when purchasing. Without purchase, your illustration will not include lettering.
Can you choose a different file size?
Yes. You can choose any size up to what is stated above. Please state the necessary size with your purchase.
Can you make a trifold cover?
Yes. We can add a 3rd cover to the gatefold cover for the price of the basic package (standard package if requesting color).
Does every person on the cover require character concept design?
Concept art (or character design) is only needed for primary characters or any character you have a specific "vision" in mind. If the characters are bystanders then a design is not required. You may also provide a prompt like "in Super Girl's costume but pink and white" similar to the sample.
